Activate gives you the tools to help you take ownership of your health and life, exploring how to build the cornerstone habit of exercise, becoming your healthiest self. We have incorporated different “paths” for you to choose from to better suit your current needs.

It has been said that if we were to bottle exercise for health, it would most likely be the best pharmaceutical ever developed. Prevention is better than any cure for disease or injury. In this program we give you the tools and education to understand wellness as a whole and how it relates to your life. With over 40% of the population obese, it has become a national agenda to lower the obesity prevelance. As we know, it is not as simple as the campaign “eat less, move more.” In this program we address the different factors that play apart in the over weight equation. We give you the tools, education, and guidance, to mobilize your own inner strength to develop better lifestyle habits to drop the weight.

We have developed this program to address the issues that come with aging and help guide you to find your own personal solutions. As a world we have experienced some of the most trying times since the start of 2020. For many it has created a number of insecurities and exacerbated mental health problems. In this program we give you mindfulness-based wellness tools to help you along your health and fitness journey. We use cognitive behavioral coaching styles to uncover better ways of thinking while incorporating other aspects of health to get you moving forward in a more positive direction.
