Outdoor Boot Camp–Free Community Class!

To help our community get back to FUN and fitness, we’re offering a free outdoor Boot Camp each month!
Our instructors will guide you through a fun and motivating workout, to help you build strong, lean muscle using a variety of equipment and body-weight exercises. Short bursts of effort are followed by built-in recovery breaks to maximize your energy. Be prepared to feel strong and powerful!
This community class is open to members and non-members alike, and all fitness levels including beginners (modifications will be provided). Ages 14+ are welcome with a participating adult in class.
