Simply knowing that someone is waiting for you can make the difference between yanking yourself out of bed in the morning and tapping the snooze button. Your personal trainer will work with you to develop a full 360-degree progressive plan designed to get you to your goal. They will be the one standing right behind you making sure that you’re motivated, inspired and executing perfect form.
Semi-Private or “Buddy” Training
Sometimes adding a friend or partner to the mix is just what you need to commit to showing up and working out like you know you should. Plus, it’s fun to have a workout buddy to cheer each other on. You get a progressive, detailed plan, lots of personal attention and a careful focus on your goal along with some camaraderie.
Small Group Training
Joining a group of 3-10 people not only saves you money, you also benefit from the support and energy of the other participants along with attention from your health and fitness coach. Your trainer will focus on some of the things that we all need more of: strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance, and even nutrition counseling. You’ll meet two to three times a week for 10-12 weeks per series.
