Personal & Small Group Training

Personal training at Synergy Health Club is foremost about you: your life, your goals, and your interests. Your personal trainer sets out to understand how they can help you define and reach your goals. Every personal training program starts by taking a closer look at your health and lifestyle. Then your personal trainer can help structure your workouts and inspire, compliment, course-correct and push you along.

Our personal trainers are all different, but they’re all driven by a genuine desire to help people. With impeccable credentials and experience, they’re talented motivators and educators who work side-by-side with you and teach you things that you’ll be able to use for the rest of your life. In the end, you’ll look better and feel better, and gain the satisfaction and confidence that comes from achieving your goals.

One-On-One Training

Simply knowing that someone is waiting for you can make the difference between yanking yourself out of bed in the morning and tapping the snooze button. Your personal trainer will work with you to develop a full 360-degree progressive plan designed to get you to your goal. They will be the one standing right behind you making sure that you’re motivated, inspired and executing perfect form.

Semi-Private or “Buddy” Training

Sometimes adding a friend or partner to the mix is just what you need to commit to showing up and working out like you know you should. Plus, it’s fun to have a workout buddy to cheer each other on. You get a progressive, detailed plan, lots of personal attention and a careful focus on your goal along with some camaraderie.

Small Group Training

Joining a group of 3–10 people not only saves you money, you also benefit from the support and energy of the other participants along with attention from your health and fitness coach. Your trainer will focus on some of the things that we all need more of: strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance, and even nutrition counseling. You’ll meet two to three times a week for 10–12 weeks per series.
